Once you’re ready, submit your request together with the $350 non-refundable planning fee, allowing our team to begin researching and designing your personalized itinerary.
Within 7–10 days, we’ll carefully review your request and present a personalized proposal tailored specifically to your vision and travel preferences.
After receiving your proposal, you’ll have up to two rounds of revisions, your proposal remains valid for 7 days after delivery. Once approved, we’ll coordinate your reservations and bring your journey to life.
Before a single reservation is made, our team invests time researching destinations, comparing accommodations, designing experiences, coordinating logistics, and preparing a proposal tailored specifically to your group.
